As soon as we met Jo we knew she was the agent for us. We didn’t need to interview multiple agencies to know. Her knowledge and passion for the industry and area shines through and is incomparable. She doesn’t oversell herself or offer a high property value to gain the listing, in fact ours was rather low but her history of achieving way above asking or CV speaks for itself. And she did that with our property - $160,000 over CV and sold within 2 weeks of listing. Amazing! Her communication with both parties was clear and concise and she went the extra mile to iron out a few niggles. We can’t speak highly enough about Jo.
