We first met Jo when she approached us with a potential buyer looking for a property in our area. That led to a brief off-market listing which ultimately didn’t result in a sale, but it did give us the opportunity to get to know Jo and see how she worked. A few months later, almost on the spur of the moment, we decided to take our home to market. Some changes in the local market made us think the timing might be right, but with the end of the year rapidly approaching, there wasn’t much time to make it happen. From that moment, Jo was exceptional. She threw everything into the campaign. In just two weeks, across three weekends, she ran six open homes along with a number of private viewings, building genuine interest and momentum going into auction week. We arrived at auction with four genuine bidders, including two very motivated buyers, and ultimately achieved a result that exceeded our expectations.
