At first meeting I was very impressed with Sonia's professionalism. She was very careful and thorough especially about disclosure (important to all Aucklanders after Anniversary weekend flooding!). She led me through this process as well as the staging (which I was initially against) but once done, was superb. Because I was under pressure to sell I also appreciated the fact that Sonia sensed my stress and went out of her way to bring me some nice cooked food. She also provided excellent photos of the property and regular feedback on potential buyers. Altogether Sonia is very open, professional, and caring. I recommend her highly (11/10)
