We found Drew by accident — or maybe he found us — and after a quick video call it was clear he was the right agent for us. We had long-term tenants living in our first home who had let the place deteriorate badly. Drew guided us through vacating the property and then helped get it market-ready. The lower level had flooded in the storms and we didn’t realise how much that would impact saleability.
