Willi, responded to any of our queries promptly and dealt with our house purchase in a professional but relaxed manner. He arranged an additional private viewing for us, and the paperwork was presented and explained in a clear manner that was easily understood. Willi quickly set up a group chat on Whatsap as my sister and I were selling our Mum's house following her death. My sister lives on one side of the city and I'm on the other side; Mum's house was not easy for either of us to get to regularly. The group chat was great. Advice was excellent and he was always the consummate professional. Thoroughly recommend.

Willi is a consummate professional and a gentleman. From the get-go Willi was always helpful and professional in all his dealings with us. He didn't try to push his agenda onto us but was always collaborative, taking time to hear our views, whilst giving guidance based on his experience in real estate, the geographical area we were in, and the price range we were selling at.
