Rupert and his team were incredibly helpful and easy to deal with during our purchase of our Petone apartment. Would gladly recommend their services to buyers or sellers in the area as we found them to be the most market realistic agents we dealt with during our search.

As I'm based in the South Island buying a property in the Wellington region, I was concerned that communication would be tricky. I found however that communication between myself and the agent was excellent. Each time I asked a message I received a prompt reply with all the information I needed. This meant that and I could relax knowing that I was being guided throughout the process by an expert.

The circumstances surrounding our sale were particularly challenging, but throughout the entire process, they remained professional, calm, responsive and incredibly committed to getting the best possible outcome. They handled everything with genuine care and never allowed the difficult circumstances to compromise their professionalism or the way they represented us. Obviously not a good time to sell but, apart from lowering the price once, Sinead was always confident that we would sell the house as long as we had patience. Knew how to deal with potential buyers when 2 similar properties came on the market in the same area. If Sinead wasn't able to communicate with us over something, her "team-mates" kept us up to date with progress on the sale.
