Suzie is FRIENDLY, HONEST, and RESPONSIVE - all rarities in this industry!

I'm a first home buyer and simply couldn't be happier with Suzie. She is Hutt Valley through and through and knows the area like the back of her hand. Throughout the whole process she was warm, friendly, honest and responsive - especially with the multitude of questions I had, which were replied to within a few minutes at best and a few hours at worst. One fantastic example was POST-SALE when I moved in I noticed the vendor had mistakenly taken the fibre box, I contacted Suzie and asked her to get in touch with the vendor to return the box, she responded within minutes and within a couple of hours the box was returned! How many agents would genuinely put in the effort Suzie did after they get their commission? I'll let the reader think about that for a second. Suzie was also very good at chasing up the vendor on many things my lawyer (who is an extremely thorough person) requested and her tenacity ensured that everything was provided correctly and on time. Suzie has a very warm and honest demeanor and was a joy to talk to. Let's face it, the real estate industry is full of scummy agents who just want to get their commission at everyone else's expense, honesty and integrity be damned - but that is absolutely NOT the kind of agent Suzie is. If she was I would've walked away immediately! Overall super happy as a buyer, and if I ever sell the house I will definitely be in touch with her as a seller (if she hasn't retired yet!!)
