This property was in my family for a very long time and was being sold as part of my late father’s estate so there was a lot of emotion with the sale. Shari kept me up to date with other similar properties in the area for sale and also made helpful suggestions on what may help the house to sell.. she even had a friend clean up the property for me at no extra charge as I was not able to get there to do it myself. Met twice Seamless process

Rachel showed us the property that we did end up buying. We had little contact and had not known her previously. She did her job. As settlement approached we made an appointment with her to view the property. The first appointment she cancelled and rescheduled. The second appointment she never turned up and when phoned from the property we found that she was in Greytown. She was happy to re-reschedule! The first appointment suited us. The second one didn't but we put ourselves out to get there. I had to stop painting and left my wife painting the eaves on her own. Now to view before settlement we have to make a third!

Communicated well to arrange viewings and followup walk throughs. Organised time for the builder to prepare the builders report so deadlines could be met.
