Rupert and India sold our Stokes Valley home and had it presented at its best from the start. As we had to juggle preparing to pack up and move, time was not on our side, so Rupert recommended Scott from Prepped to Sell to handle the outside renovations and pre-sale work. That made a real difference, and the team organised the cleaning, staging and photography. The staging was perfect and the photos and marketing came back beyond what we'd hoped for. The house looked so good I was almost sad to sell it. The campaign brought strong interest with good numbers through every open home, and we had a solid offer accepted within a few weeks. It was during the conditional period that things got complicated. A historic building consent issue surfaced that wasn't even on our old LIM, and it took real persistence to work through. India kept us updated the whole way and Rupert stayed calm and steady when it counted, and together they kept the deal alive and got us across the line. A great result on a hard sale. Nicky was excellent at communicating with us. From when we first decided to put an offer on she helped us through each step of the process. Superb knowledge and guidance throughout the purchasing process

This property took a bit of effort to get sold and Gerard and Sheree were great! They stuck with us, worked so hard and kept us updated the whole time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell, they are genuinely caring people that want the best result for you.

Pros: - generally everything about working with Sheree and Gerard - highly flexible, almost always available for a call or to help us out - very informative and helped guide us through the process - friendly and easy to work with, really good people - extremely communicative to ensure we were always informed of what was happening, and followed up proactively (which helped when we were not on top of our tasks) - we really appreciated that they were not too pushy and generally gave us space to make decisions - negotiations always felt like they were between us and the vendor, Sheree and Gerard facilitated these conversations and helped them to go smoothly - often they would help us to clearly communicate with the vendor regarding our wants/needs, and vice versa, so we could always know where things sat during negotiations, inspections, various stages. Cons: - only minor suggestions, by and large they were fantastic - it is difficult given the pressures of the job, but often we had to answer calls (sometimes multiple times a day) during work hours that were a bit inconvenient. We could have set a time to call during the day that was more convenient and didn't require us to step out of work so often - sometimes it felt silly to have to communicate through Sheree and Gerard for everything. We aren't sure if there is a solution for this, but it definitely introduced delays and added stress

From our first meeting with Dean, he was friendly, engaging, and great to deal with. Buying a home can be an emotional and sometimes overwhelming process, but he helped make it a really positive experience. He was always responsive, kept us updated, and made sure we had the information we needed when we needed it. We always felt treated with respect and genuine care. His down-to-earth approach, excellent communication, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and are very thankful for the role he played in helping us secure our new home.
