We bought our new home through Alice and were impressed with her decisive, clear and calm approach. Choosing her to sell our house was an easy choice and it paid off with our home selling in 2 weeks! Alice has an impressive knowledge of her trade. Every bit of advise she gave us was excellent - from suggestions of staging companies, to how to market and price our home. It became incredibly clear to me what a good job Alice had done when a video came up on instagram of a house that I thought looked nice only to realise it was a video Alice had taken of our home. Alice is an extremely hard worker. No issue seemed to difficult for her to sort or support us with. She was easily available and went out of our way to make life easier for us - doing things like dropping documents to our house. We are very thankful to Alice and recommend her 100%.

With her enthusiasm, positivity, sound advice, and attention for detail, Layne made selling our lovely home a smooth process with an outcome we are very happy with. We worked well together to create a plan that suited our circumstances, and it went as we had hoped for, selling within 5 weeks. Layne is a lovely and caring person, who easily connects with people. She was thorough in following up with interested parties and provided us with regular updates where things were at. As far as we can tell, Layne is very good at getting to know and supporting potential buyers. This resulted in a very quick negotiation process to finalise the sale after the tender. Sarah is a wonderful agent, working closely with both the vendor and purchaser. Solutions focussed on overcoming any barriers to sale and offering suggestions throughout to bridge gaps. Timely followup and excellent communication throughout the process. Sarah also offers insight to the market conditions and ultimately the point at which the best offer is on the table and whether to accept or not. She is warm, friendly and down to earth, extremely thorough and professional, I would not hesitate to use Sarah again and will be recommending her to others.

Sarah was onto it from the start, she was there for our many questions and concerns and showed up for us when we most needed it, effortlessly wrapping professionalism and emotion into a giddy brew of positivity and outcome. Not once did we feel lost in the transaction and even when things looked like they might not have swung our way Sarah was there to do everything she could to make it happen. And it happened. In what felt like a true underdog story Sarah rode the rollercoaster with our little family and it was all smiles at the end of the ride. We could not be happier in our new home and we could not have done it without Sarah! Plus... those small things, the little details like getting a cuddle from Sarah each time we met her, the open line of comms between us and the vendor, etc... Harriet always responded promptly to emails. In retrospect, we should have applied for a LIM report before we put the house on the market, as there was an outstanding old consent issue that slowed down the sales process. Harriet assisted with encouragement in obtaining the required consent. She ensured that we got a fair and reasonable price for the house. Their advertising was successful, their judgement of the market seemed accurate ,and the tender process fair to buyer and seller.
