Alice is an extremely clear communicator and was in constant touch with me, making sure I was fully aware of what was happening. Alice developed a clear plan for the sale of my property, and once we were underway also ensured that we had a plan b and c in play, which ended up being needed. Throughout the plan Alice was constantly working one (if not more) step ahead so that we were able to react when needed. Overall, Alice was excellent and I am extremely pleased that I trusted her with the sale of my house and would do it all again!

Elise, Steve and Mitch were very efficient and engaging. It's a cliche to say they listened to my needs, so I won't go down that path. They worked as a team to help stage the house (essential), were proactive with marketing and the sale process itself. After every open home, Steve kept me informed on how they went. Marketing was very professional (I couldn't ask for better) and the eventual sale process at the end was handled smoothly and promptly.
First agent out of 3 to respond to initial request. Positive about the features and saleability of the property. Communicating updates post open homes was very prompt. Highly professional to all facets of the sales process. Not pushy or aggressive in his suggestions. Achieved success in a difficult current market.
We had a really good experience working with Ben Stevens and the team. Their attention to detail stood out straight away — everything was well thought through and nothing felt left to chance. Ben took the time to understand what we were comfortable with and what we weren’t and adjusted the process to suit us. That made a genuine difference. Amanda's advice on presentation was practical and spot on, and we were connected with the right people to get work done quickly, which took a lot of stress out of the lead-up. Communication was outstanding. The vendor reports in particular were very thorough, so we always knew exactly what was happening and didn’t feel like we were chasing updates or guessing where things were at. Auction day was handled really well. They were calm, clear in their guidance, and knew when to push and when to hold — which gave us confidence in the moment. In the end they delivered a strong result at auction, which we were very happy with. Overall, a very well-run process from start to finish.
Jane and Tom were both active, available and happy to help with questions and viewings. It was very pleasant dealing with Jane. And she was great working between us and the vendors. These guys appear to give 100% effort and that was very much appreciated
