Sarah is a wonderful agent, working closely with both the vendor and purchaser. Solutions focussed on overcoming any barriers to sale and offering suggestions throughout to bridge gaps. Timely followup and excellent communication throughout the process. Sarah also offers insight to the market conditions and ultimately the point at which the best offer is on the table and whether to accept or not. She is warm, friendly and down to earth, extremely thorough and professional, I would not hesitate to use Sarah again and will be recommending her to others.

Our property was a very sale being it is Earthquake prone. Salim was the first to take up the call of selling such a difficult place. He was always in contact with us and working around us with any things we had to change. He was extremely helpful with explaining the whole process and always followed up with potential buyers.
