Sam Newble

Sam and Ben were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and obliging to deal with. Ben did great work answering all our questions and liaising with the owners for us. We very much appreciate him going the extra mile to meet with our tradies for a pre-settlement bathroom measuring session.

We have sold 3 properties through Sam over recent years and have found him to be committed to getting the best possible outcome for the vendor. This has been especially valued in the current tough market conditions.

Assessment of property value and price positioning was spot on. Worked with enquires to get an offer in a down market.

Sam and Ben were exactly the right people to sell our house. They put huge amounts of effort into selling our townhouse, and we couldn't be more grateful for their hard work. They are super responsive, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgeable about the market. They are also just good people, which makes a big difference!

Communication was excellent throughout the pre sale and selling period. I trusted them and they achieved a sale in 4 weeks in a very depressed market. It is an outstanding result and a tribute to their skill.

Sam guided us through from start to finish, always putting us at ease and answering every question with clarity and expertise. He was well organised and a real pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
