We chose Sam and Ben over five other groups of agents on account of Tommy's approach to bringing all of their other agents through the property in person at the start of the campaign; something other agencies tended not to do, but we felt this was potentially going to be an important factor given the uniqueness of our property, and after meeting Sam and Ben we felt they would represent the house well and would treat prospective buyers with the requisite professionalism and respect that was required to get our house sold in what was a challenging buyer's market. By the time our house hit the market we felt it was presented as best as it could be, in no small thanks to the advice received from Sam and Ben. Throughout what turned out to be a prolonged campaign, they provided sage and up-to-date market advice, were never pushy, always conducted themselves professionally and were very pleasant to deal with. In the end, whilst we didn't get the amount we were originally expecting, we were accepting of market dynamics and got the house sold at a price we could accept. Would definitely use them again.

When we decided to sell property we asked Sam what we needed to do to enhance the house and make it more attractive to buyer. We followed his advice and the house sold within one week of being listed. You couldn't give a better endorsment of his abilities than that.

Sam was our primary point of contact in this sale. Sam comes across as a confident, engaging agent with a great sense of humour. His ability to read people (including ourselves) is a great skill given his profession. He always had a solution in mind regarding any of our requests or quandaries which reduced the stress of selling. We appreciated the time and effort that he put into the sale and his advice was spot on.
