Clare supported us in our search to find our next home over several years. She listened to us, was always proactive and thinking about us but not pushy. She was always interested in the likes / dislikes of any property she showed us. When we decided to sell Clare was the obvious person to help us sell our home of over 15 years. She was very clear in her communications and fair in her proposal. She always listened and gave guidance when she thought we needed it. Her efforts resulted in a successful sale. She knew the area well and we sold within the price range of her appraisal. There were / are other properties in a similar price bracket that have not sold. We have no hesitation in recommending her.

Tania took the time to help us think through how the house would work for our lifestyle and was incredibly patient and accommodating when we requested an additional viewing. We really appreciated her support and professionalism throughout the journey.
Harriet and Tom were proactive and of enormous help to us in handling the sale of our home especially during a challenging time for us. Their communication was excellent throughout the sale process and we were able to have full confidence in their professional knowledge and skills. They were very responsive and always available when needed. They were very adaptable to changing circumstances. They are a great team with whom to work.
Billy was excellent. He did a great job of marketing the house. He organized everything (photos, staging, a painter) and advised me on small things i could do to the house to help with the sale. Then he helped resolve a technical issue with the council that was holding up the sale.
