My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. We found the experience of selling our home to be a very seemless experience, largely due to the professionalism and communication skills of Jeremy and Linda. We were always kept fully informed during the process. They both appeared to have a good knowledge of the market, good negotiation skills, and a very pro-active approach to find the right buyer. Helpful support advice regarding our seller obligations was also provided. On a personal level, their friendly manor created a good working relationship, which was very important to us.
