My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer. They we're excellent communicators and fully briefed me on all aspects of the selling process.
