The Smiths always follow through with what they say they will do and the marketing is excellent and allowed my property to be promoted well. They individually work to their strengths and as a team all areas of expertise are covered. I have no hesitation in recommending the Smiths and will certainly use them again.

Very professional approach and very thorough in detail of how to market your property to the right buyers to achieve better than expected outcomes

The smiths were contracted to the vendor in our case. They worked for them and weren't on our team , that was really obvious in our experience. I really didn't enjoy our experience in dealing with them I found it stressful and gross. Key points that annoyed me... 1- I felt like they would say anything to get the deal over the line , some things being assumptions and of little or no truth. And to back their constant lies up they used a frustrating but useful strategy. Throughout our house purchase we probably had 3 rounds of days of going back and forward trying to get the deal done. Throughout each of those days they would all call me. And each and every phone call I would be playing catch up from the last conversation having to reiterate what the last person said to me and figure out if that had any truth/value to it. Most of the time they would tell me something different to what their last colleague told me not so long ago. Time is of the essence in those deal and speaking to 3 of them in one day playing catch up on the facts from the last caller in my opinion is un professional and is unfair. It is also very frustrating and leaves buyers like me not in the best head space , probably not the best place for someone to be when making such serious and life changing decision. The final thing that annoyed me is that I requested from the smiths to have more time before closing our deal. I saw that with the way our deal was going my partner and I were going to have no time to make our crucial decision. And it played out like that. Once we got all the documents we had less than 1 hour to sign and go unconditional other wise the deal fell over. I feel like this amount of pressure can't be legal. You should have plenty of time to go over everything and make an informed decision when signing a 30 year agreement. I think 1 hour isn't fair at all, and some would say illegal in my opinion , especially if it ended up in court.

Craig successfully outlined a target buyer type for our property at the outset of the campaign and despite challenging market conditions the property sold at auction to exactly the type of buyer Craig predicted. The auction price that Craig and the Auctioneer worked to get for us exceeded our expectations leaving us confident and happy that nothing was left on the table.

It was a pleasure working with the Smiths. Craig, Rebecca and Brendan marketed our home fantastically, and we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. We felt we made the right decision from start to settlement.
