"We are thrilled with the final price."! Donna was amazing and took all the stress away. Real estate is not an exact science but we certainly benefitted from the chemistry and physics of it all. Purchasing my first home via Abbey + Richard was the best experience I could have hoped for. Abbey was super lovely to deal with and refreshingly honest and open when I had questions. In my opinion she went above and beyond when it came to the auction and was by my side during the bidding process. I also really valued the FAQ element of the purchase docs. It was such a clever and re-assuring document and allowed easy and fast access to common questions, which helped with pre purchase insurance or tradie quotations.
