I live in Australia and found Jeremy to be really diligent in the way he did everything. I was always well informed and everything Jeremy said he would do he did. They achieved a great price in a subdued market. I had real piece of mind throughout the whole process which was important as I wasn't in the country. We unfortunately had a break in before going unconditional, where all the copper pipe under the house was stolen. Jeremy went well above and beyond for us during a very stressful time, he organized the various tradespeople, Police, and he also liaised with the new owners to get an outcome that everyone was happy with. Jeremy even drove down the back and checked on the pace every time he drove past. Even after the house went unconditional Jeremy continued to help us. The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Our trust was well placed, communication was quick and concise. Our journey started 6 months prior to going to market with a walk through to discuss what was worthwhile doing to tidy the property and what we should just leave. Forward planning by ourselves, Abbey and Richard allowed us to have a clear understanding of the plan moving into the sales process. We passed in at auction but Abbey wisely advised us to go to market, 6 days later Abbey tabled 3 offers!!!. Selling a home is always a rollercoaster but Abbey and Richard made the process easier.
