The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Team Ash and Harsh were very effective communicators to both myself and prospective buyers. They with my input decided auction would be the best sales platform to secure the best result. They managed to get 8 parties into an auction room which resulted in a sale. The market was down at the time therefore any sale required a far amount of hard work to secure a sale which Ash and Harsh were more then capable of.
