The main reason why we have chosen Neal is for his honest approach and not sugar coating. His feedback of the house was honest and balanced but not overly enthusiastic, without an artificial attempt to gain our sympathy- this made him stand out compare with a competitors. Our gut feel to go with Neal's team has proven to be a right decision. Although it took longer than anticipated to sell the house due to slow market, we knew that he,Megs and Ryan were right people for the job.

Amazing from start to finish!

Neal is a considered communicator who listens, offers alternatives when needed and has in-depth knowledge of the market. He is super friendly while remaining professional at all times. Unfortunately my first two sales fell through, which was nothing to do with Neal and entirely due to some issues with my house. Neal helped me pivot, negotiate and sell my house via a different method, which worked. Overall, I would highly recommend Neal to take care of your real estate needs, hence my 5 star rating.

From the moment I met Neal at the first open home, he was communicative throughout the negotiating and purchasing of my new home from start to finish. His patience and guidance say a lot as he never once made me feel uneasy or hard to deal with as a purchaser. Thank you for not being one of those pushy agents who rush people into buying something just for a quick sale. His market knowledge of the area was on point and told me what I needed to know. Your negotiation skills helped the vendor and myself come to an agreement where he sold and I purchased a home that was meant to be mine. Forever grateful! Thank you Megs for the email communication.
