Vish & Robbie were great to deal with during the sale of our house. They were responsive, straight up with their advice, and kept us updated without overdoing it. There’s always a bit of stress and back and forth when selling, but they stayed on top of things and helped get a good result. We appreciated the work they put in and would recommend them.

Craig successfully outlined a target buyer type for our property at the outset of the campaign and despite challenging market conditions the property sold at auction to exactly the type of buyer Craig predicted. The auction price that Craig and the Auctioneer worked to get for us exceeded our expectations leaving us confident and happy that nothing was left on the table.

It was a pleasure working with the Smiths. Craig, Rebecca and Brendan marketed our home fantastically, and we were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. We felt we made the right decision from start to settlement.

The Smiths did OK. There were times when I was disappointed and felt as though they could have put more effort in. When the property was sold I felt that they were working more for the Buyer Not us. Even the Buyer made that comment to me.

I had a leaky home in New Lynn which was getting to an age where major work was going to be needed soon. Living abroad I needed to sell it as trying to manage repairs from overseas was nigh on impossible. In steps Nicky and her team, confident yet realistic about trying to sell it. They communicated regularly with detailed updates and replied to emails and messages usually within the hour. In the end we took it to auction and although I ended up getting a lot less than we originally discussed and set the price at, I was relieved to be able to sell it at all. The auction again was well organized and the process clearly communicated.

Neal is a considered communicator who listens, offers alternatives when needed and has in-depth knowledge of the market. He is super friendly while remaining professional at all times. Unfortunately my first two sales fell through, which was nothing to do with Neal and entirely due to some issues with my house. Neal helped me pivot, negotiate and sell my house via a different method, which worked. Overall, I would highly recommend Neal to take care of your real estate needs, hence my 5 star rating.
