We were always involved from beginning to end, Bronwyn was great at informing and explaining everything. Plus no trouble accommodating our cats needs while we had open homes. Unfortunately, we did not achieve the price range we had hoped for, but this was a reflection of the current market rather than the agents themselves, who I believe did everything they could to get the best possible result. At no point did we feel pressured to sell at that price; however, we needed to proceed to secure the funds for our new property, and we felt the market was likely to become even more challenging.
