My expectations were exceeded and I was pleased and grateful for everything done by Linda and Jeremy's in obtaining the sale. Their professionalism and market knowledge was important given the difficult situation in the area. The market downturn, numerous houses for sale in close proximity and condemned houses due recent storms. My house is of unusual design and with the staircase,steep roof and bank behind I am sure their negotiation skills helped immensely. Jeremy's skills came to the fore when he was able to raise the price by some 45k from the initial offer. They we're excellent communicators and fully briefed me on all aspects of the selling process.
The main reason why we have chosen Neal is for his honest approach and not sugar coating. His feedback of the house was honest and balanced but not overly enthusiastic, without an artificial attempt to gain our sympathy- this made him stand out compare with a competitors. Our gut feel to go with Neal's team has proven to be a right decision. Although it took longer than anticipated to sell the house due to slow market, we knew that he,Megs and Ryan were right people for the job.
Neal and the team kept us updated all the way through the process. They were always on hand to offer expert advice and guidance whenever we needed it. Neal has great interpersonal skills and is incredibly professional, polite, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
