Having experienced Tamsin's approach on a previous house sale we did not hesitate to use her services again. Tamsin has in-depth knowledge of the process and a good understanding of market trends and where things were sitting for our location. Her communication is excellent - via phone, text, email and the marketing tools One Agency uses. We were kept very up to date with progress and had no need to chase her up for information - it was provided before we needed to! She showed sensitivity for our situation and circumstances. We listed our house with Fleur as bought our new home through her conditional on its sale. She was really helpful getting it ready for sale, including loaning us some of her personal styling items throughout the listing process through to ironing the bedspreads before the real estate photos. It was an emotional sale for us and we felt pretty well supported by Fleur amidst the uncertainties of a sale process, but were pleased to have a successful sale at a price we were happy with via a competitive auction that was brought forward by a week. Because we live a fair hike away from the house we sold, Maria went the extra mile and arranged a gardener make the place presentable, but also, much to our surprise, vacuumed the house and did general tidy up before open homes and visits.
