We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing to deal with and made the whole process so much easier than we expected. Her communication was fantastic, she always kept us updated, responded quickly, and made sure we knew exactly what was happening. She was incredibly professional but also friendly, approachable and genuinely lovely to deal with. We always felt like we were in safe hands and that she really cared about getting the best outcome for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond whenever we needed anything. She was knowledgeable, honest and incredibly organised, which made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jason and Grace from Clark & Co during the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, the process felt quick, straightforward and completely no-nonsense. They did a fantastic job of managing realistic expectations for both the vendor and us, while keeping everything moving smoothly. Their communication throughout the sale was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, accommodating and patient with all of our questions and requests, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much easier. What really stood out to us was that, while we completely understood that Jason and Grace were acting on behalf of the vendor, we genuinely felt cared for throughout the entire process.
