Basically we chose Harcourts because you were available over the holiday period when we were ready to put 10 Deptford Lane on the market. You offered a more competitive commission rate than the opposition and you were willing to list the property without extra advertising, photos and staging. We felt that as you were based in Whitby Village you would have the best market knowledge of the area and know or attract likely buyers. We were kept well informed by you regularly and you were able to find a serious buyer within a surprisingly short period. It can be a stressful experience selling a property but we did not feel that you put us under any unnecessary pressure. You acted professionally throughout.
