Ben was the agent for the house we were buying. He was really good at communicating what was going on, checking in with us, being responsive, and really friendly through the process. We really liked the house, and he was responsive through the process. This allowed us to feel confident in everything going on. Settlement day was a bit messy, but Ben was working hard to find out where things were at. He even helped unload the truck before the rain came in! Legend.
