Ken was great to deal with, great communication, no nonsense. We were first home buyers, and pretty fresh to the market. Ken was very accomodating as we requested a private viewing. Nothing was too hard. Had great shoes too.
Steve was willing to sit down with us and explain the system. We decided on the tender process and 3 open home days. His team were always in contact before and after. A successful sale was the result.
Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.
