Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.

Strong market knowledge. Very professional but also warm and engaging. Excellent communication and negotiating skills. Great team to work with. Did an amazing job with the staging of our property. Highlighted all the good parts of our home. Tony makes you feel comfortable when hard decisions need to be made. Definitely felt Tony was supportive and his business knowledge was 10 out of 10.
We had a lengthy journey to sell our last home. Although Debbie wasn’t the direct listing agent she kept in touch. When we did finally sell we were thrilled to be able to purchase our next home through Debbie. She ensured the sales process was clear and speedy - in our experience some agents drag things out but this was not our experience with Debbie. She will certainly be our first call for our next real estate transaction!
