Prior to commencing her career in real estate, she was involved as a high level business manager for a Malaysian Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing the business operations of bank branches, involved in project management of major changes within the systems and business processes of the bank. She brings her high level of work ethics, commitment, professionalism and business management skills to her career in Real Estate. She chose real estate as she finds it a very challenging and fun filled career. One of the most rewarding aspects of this career for Debbie is being able to reduce the stress her clients experience with real estate transactions. About Steve

I began my real estate career in 1991 as a salesperson and took up the opportunity to become one of the owners of the Tawa Harcourts franchise in 1996. Our philosophy for the business from day one was a team approach to both listing or selling, which means every client has the whole office working for them. Our team has consistently sold the most homes in Tawa every year and over the past 10 years we have also developed a property management division within the business which manages over 200 properties for our landlords. For me the most rewarding aspect of real estate is helping people achieve their property ownership goals, whether they are buying, selling or investing. My aim has always been to create clients for life, and having been in the business so long, I am now happy to be selling properties to the children of my early clients! I am proud to own a business that gives so much back to the community through sponsorship of numerous sporting clubs, community groups and schools and grants through the Harcourts Foundation. On a personal note, I’ve been married to my wife Jan since 1984 and we’ve enjoyed living in Tawa since 1990. It proved a great community to raise our three children who all attended the local schools and are now young adults, starting their own families. In my spare time I’m actively involved in the local squash club as well as being a serious rugby spectator in the winter. In summer I dust off my mountain bike and enjoy getting away in our campervan to hopefully indulge in a spot of fishing.

Co-owner of Harcourts Tawa franchise. A Tawa resident for 0ver 60 years having attended local schools including Tawa college, and long term local real estate professional. Started my real estate career in 1988, and during the 1990's completed further study to attain Branch Manager status, and also AREINZ (Associate status) allowing business ownership, and became a partner in the Tawa franchise of Harcourts in 1996. One of the few active 'Listing' and 'Selling' agents, with these qualifications. Amongst other things, I've been called, committed, honest and enthusiastic, however my goal is to make the buying and selling process as seamless as I can for those I work with. I also enjoy working with the Team in our office, where we all work for the greater good of our clients. When you work with me, you work with the whole Tawa Team. About Lauren

Lauren started her Real Estate career at the end of 2000, initially working for Harcourts out of both the Paremata and Whitby offices covering the Porirua to Pukerua Bay area. When the opportunity arose to join the Tawa team in May 2005 she leapt at the chance. Living in Tawa it seemed it was the ideal scenario - to be working close to home within the close knit team and promoting the advantages of living in the area. Prior to starting in Real Estate Lauren’s background was mainly in accounts although she spent a short time in new vehicle sales for a local Ford dealership. Outside of work she has spent many years involved in the equestrian fraternity competing her own horses in both eventing and show jumping as well as being involved with teaching, examining and judging at local pony clubs. Though work and time constraints now no longer allow the time to pursue this hobby competitively she does still enjoy heading out for a ride with friends when the opportunity arises. Whilst never professing to be a golfer she also enjoys heading out to play a few holes of golf. Lauren is passionate about her job and is committed to providing you with outstanding service, feedback, support and advice throughout the selling process. She looks forward to working with you.

Great sales agent - so easy to deal with

Debbie is a fantastic agent, she is easy to communicate with, friendly, considerate and hardworking. Easy to work with, open and honest.

Very good experience working with Mike and Harcourts. Communication was great, when working with myself and buyers he was open and honest which makes you feel more comfortable in the process. Whilst we did not quite get what our original expectations/appraisal suggested, that was more of a reflection of the market at the time which was very suppressed.

First home buyers

Me and my partner were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about the property, Debbie was aware of this and was very helpful with any questions we had at times she was also like a mum to us helping with the purchase as me and my partner are young. Debbie is very friendly and funny I would highly recommend her to anyone out there first home buyers especially as she is there to help you out so a big thumbs up and 5 stars from us we love our new home and thank her for it.
