In a difficult market, progress was disappointingly slow to start. Jane and Jean were able to explain that my expectations were too high for the current market and I comfortable accepted their advice. They worked really hard to chase up possible buyers and that was successful in the end. And I managed to get a better price than I might have expected. I always had the feeling that Jane and Jean were working for me alone, they made me feel special. The whole experience was very stressful but eased greatly by the warmth and friendly commitment from these two very professional women.

Excellent communication. Lots of enthusiasm, moderated by obvious experience. They personally worked hard to get us the best price. Their experience came to the fore when they succeeded in getting our sale over the line at a point when the negotiations became tricky due to factors generated by the needs of multiple other parties who were part of a chain that needed to come together. We always felt they understood our needs well while also appreciating the true potential of our property from the start. During the extended period of time the house was under a conditional offer, they continued to market the property. The last property we sold was over 30 years ago and, consequently, we were somewhat unprepared for the complexities involved in selling a house. The advice from Nick and Lilli-Rose was invaluable as were the streamlined processes provided by Lowe & Co. They also showed integrity.

I thought Nick explained the process very clearly. Quite daunting selling your first home. He made us feel comfortable with him and we discussed a plan and stuck with it. Also giving different options if the market changed. Our final result is what we wanted and happy with the whole process from start to finish. Nick sold my Wife's Mums house and we were very happy with that Sale so he has exceeded our expectations. Man we first started our first home buyers journey in November 2024, so it’s been a long time coming!!! Couple of unsuccessful offers lead us to our new home that we are so proud of, and this wouldn’t have been possible without Kylie 🥰 we weren’t going to submit an offer because of the fear of it being too low and being rejected again but she nudged us in the right direction and gave us hope, so of course we had to stress her out and submit an offer literally 30mins before deadline 😂 she has been awesome, making us feel seen as one of many people who had walked in to the many home viewings at 19 Handyside Street! Very easy to talk too and everything just felt right.
