Vanessa is very knowledgeable, realisable, punctual and an extremely good communicator. As well as her professional skills, she is very good working with people of all ages and backgrounds. We were most grateful to have her as our Real-estate agent. She worked hard and sent us updates on all that she had done, so as to keep us updated and in the loop. It is always hard to run a campaign for some one who is an agent themselves but Jo did a great job keeping us fully informed at all times. Jo and her team handled everything from getting the house ready for sale (a painter, a gardener and house wash) to running the open homes herself and insisting on being present when any other agent took their buyers through. In a tough market she was able to produce two cash buyers and several conditional buyers. We now have no where to live but couldn’t fault how Jo handled the sale of our home.
