Since joining the industry in 2005 Karl has sold over $1 billion dollars of country property throughout the diverse, picturesque and productive North Waikato and Thames Valley regions. Maintaining an 81% auction sale rate and a consistent top 5% achiever of Bayleys agents nationwide, establishing him as one of the top rural agents within Bayleys New Zealand.

The Davis family lives in Ngatea, near the area where Karl grew up on a dairy farm. Prior to finding his niche in country real estate Karl gained a Bachelor of Leisure Studies degree with the focus on marketing and computer science, and worked for Microsoft as an engineer, sales manager and trainer. Karl supports schools and sports clubs in his regions and his self-run annual Charity Golf Tournament has raised over $219,000 for The Bayleys Foundation, New Zealand Guide Dog Services, Make a Wish Foundation and local non-profit organisations. He has played rugby for Hauraki North Rugby Club for over 25 years and has enjoyed coaching both youth rugby and hockey.
