No one goes further!

Lisa was incredible to work with. From the first visit where she meticulously went through our property and gave us a strong direction on what we needed to do to present our property at its best, through to excellent communication, immediate follow up with prospective buyers and even helping put out the outdoor cushions when we forgot for our open homes, Lisa was a dream to work with. Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service from Aaron Pedersen at Bayleys! We honestly couldn’t be happier with the job Aaron did for us. From day one, he worked incredibly hard to market our home, generate interest and ultimately get the result we were hoping for. You could genuinely see the effort he was putting in, and he went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Aaron managed to secure a fantastic pre-auction offer, which we were extremely grateful for, and the sale went through successfully to some really lovely people who were genuinely happy with the home. Knowing that it was going to the right people made the whole experience even better. What has really impressed us is that Aaron hasn’t just stopped once the house sold. He is continuing to work incredibly hard to help us find the perfect new home for our extended family. Excellent organiser with a good eye for setting up the property in a wonderful display for marketing

Great attention to detail, particularly with the paperwork that was promptly communicated and corrected as necessary. Despite the many changes we requested, the response was prompt, and the paperwork was returned very quickly for evaluation and signing. I was very impressed with how that was organised.
