Harry knocked on my door several months ago and introduced himself and asked was I interested in selling. As a matter of fact I was contemplating just that at that time. That was the start of a very easy and pleasant experience. There was no pressure to move quickly as I had things to address to present the house in its best condition. Harry visited occasionally and when we got to having the 'real conversations' he came up with a plan that suited me very well. Plan 'A' was for him to have one open home for his client base and see if that was enough to sell the property. Well, as it turned out that's all it took. Simple. No plan 'B' or 'C' required. No marketing and no endless open homes. Harry kept in regular contact during the process and kept me in the loop constantly. I never felt the need to 'chase' him. I’m very happy with the experience working with Peter on selling my section. He first contacted me about two years ago, but it wasn’t the right time to sell. A year later he followed up again -still not the right time but his persistence really paid off. A couple of months ago, I decided it was finally time, and I remembered him right away.
