We were always impressed with the contemporary approach to marketing our property using the full gamut of tools supported by first class visuals and edgy copy lines that drew out the key features of our home. Never pushy and always accurate on the details and always tirelessly exploring new marketing opportunities to bring home a great outcome.

As agents ourselves it was hard to trust another agent. Cam's suggestions at the outset on what to do to present our property, along with the photography and marketing, were the best Ive seen - thats saying something. Omea's customer service to us throughout was exemplary and all added up to a sold sticker very quickly once the house was presented, photographed and on the market. Well done team, we were impressed and delighted.

We had an outstanding experience with Cam and Omea, from start to finish, the communication was fantastic and the whole process felt incredibly easy and stress-free. Omea saw the process through to the end and was always professional, friendly, flexible, and genuinely easy to deal with, a real pleasure — nothing was ever a problem. We really appreciated the great ideas and attention to detail when it came to getting the house presented at its best. Every step was handled with care and confidence, which gave us complete peace of mind. We were extremely happy with the outcome and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. We would happily recommend Cam & Omea and the team at Oliver Road to anyone looking for a seamless and positive real estate journey.

Outstanding all round. Harry and the team at Evolve Property are legends. Where do I start. Harry is an absolute go-getter, which drew me to their business in the first place. He was prepared to go the extra mile from the start and delivered right the way through. He was always available and often acted on important tasks immediately, even late at night. One thing that really impressed me was how honest he was with both us and prospective buyers. We really appreciated his charisma, confidence, and communication throughout the campaign. Liv, behind the scenes, was incredibly fast at sending out important information. We were really impressed with how quickly she updated us on open home results, often having them available online within 10 minutes of the open home closing. She was really friendly, down-to-earth, and a real asset. Special thanks to Natalie for all the work she did behind the scenes — and even feeding our cat after open homes! 10/10 — these guys have a bright future.

Harry & the Evolv team have been a pleasure to deal with, they went above & beyond our expectations. We couldn’t fault their communication, it was excellent! The advice & knowledge shared was exactly what we needed to feel supported selling our first home.

Harry knocked on my door several months ago and introduced himself and asked was I interested in selling. As a matter of fact I was contemplating just that at that time. That was the start of a very easy and pleasant experience. There was no pressure to move quickly as I had things to address to present the house in its best condition. Harry visited occasionally and when we got to having the 'real conversations' he came up with a plan that suited me very well. Plan 'A' was for him to have one open home for his client base and see if that was enough to sell the property. Well, as it turned out that's all it took. Simple. No plan 'B' or 'C' required. No marketing and no endless open homes. Harry kept in regular contact during the process and kept me in the loop constantly. I never felt the need to 'chase' him. At this stage of my life this worked out perfectly for me. Job well done Harry Hollyer and I certainly recommend other people considering selling to give Harry a call. He takes care of everything effortlessly.

We recently sold our home through Cam Winter and Omea Swanson at Oliver Road Queenstown Luxury Real Estate and couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the outset, Cam’s market insight and calm confidence gave us complete trust that we were in excellent hands. He managed the campaign with great professionalism, and despite some challenging conditions, he navigated the process with skill and determination. Omea was exceptional throughout the process. Her attention to detail, warmth and communication made all the difference, right through to the final minutes. She went above and beyond to ensure nothing was overlooked and that we always felt supported. We’re extremely grateful to both Cam and Omea for their guidance and care. They make a brilliant team, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Oliver Road to anyone looking to sell their property with skill, integrity, and genuine personal service.
