Excellent team communication with a great end result

With building a 3 bedroom house and unit to a higher spec than often found in the area, we knew we wanted someone who would appreciate all the extras we had built in to take it to market. Having sold with Dee and Sotheby’s before, when we presented her the opportunity to sell our new build she instantly took up the challenge. Although on a small 350sqm site, it was big on features and Dee marketed these differences so well that we had an unconditional offer 9 days after it was listed.
