Above and Beyond

Quilly is well worth every star! It's all very well to be a fab agent when the sales process runs smoothly. However, in our case some last-minute hiccups occurred and Quilly pulled out all stops to communicate clearly, suggest solutions and then even got his hands dirty in sorting it out to everyone's satisfaction. 10/10.
