He was prepared to go the extra mile from the start and delivered right the way through. He was always available and often acted on important tasks immediately, even late at night. One thing that really impressed me was how honest he was with both us and prospective buyers. We really appreciated his charisma, confidence, and communication throughout the campaign. Liv, behind the scenes, was incredibly fast at sending out important information. We were really impressed with how quickly she updated us on open home results, often having them available online within 10 minutes of the open home closing. She was really friendly, down-to-earth, and a real asset. Plan 'A' was for him to have one open home for his client base and see if that was enough to sell the property. Well, as it turned out that's all it took. Simple. No plan 'B' or 'C' required. No marketing and no endless open homes. Harry kept in regular contact during the process and kept me in the loop constantly. I never felt the need to 'chase' him.
