As we plodded through the process of viewing and due diligence, and as we reached decisions and placed our offer, she was very helpful, and patient. She provided us with requested recent relevant and valuable documentation, worked with us to arrange specialist inspections, and guided us through an at-times complex and dynamic purchase process. In other words, she worked really hard for her vendor. I know who I'll call whenever I come to sell.

In what felt like a descending Wellington winter house market, Alice navigated our house sale process with vim and vigour. Our legacy house was going to appeal to a small set of potential buyers. It was a mattering of finding them and following up the seeds of genuine interest over several months. Alice worked with three potential buyer parties to visit the house up to 6 to 7 times over several months. Due to Alice's persistence and optimism we got to a successful offer in a challenging market for sellers. Alice is very organised making sure we jointly planned open home and private viewings over several months and we could prepare the house. I find Jasper to always go the extra mile, doing his best to answer questions and be understanding with the answers. I knew that I could either phone or text him about any issue or situation that arouse and he would get onto it asap. He tried to make the process go as fast as possible and was very patient.
