I have had dealings with Cowdys (Ms Janice Cowdy) for well over 20 years now and always had prompt efficient service. Emails always answered promptly and telephone calls always returned. Very efficient at finding tenant should a vacancy become available and so very little lost income from an empty residence, I am part of a group of owners who all have chosen to go with Cowdys. This gives us a unified group of tenants who don't even get a look in the door unless they pass muster !! Altogether a very happy business relationship.
