The Bayleys team effort in terms of my rental application was fabulous. They were professional, yet caring and attentive to my needs. Quick to resolve queries and a total pleasure to work with.

Gael was very helpful when showing me through my flat. She pointed out the new bathroom, asked if it was just going to be me living in the flat & made my day by offering it to me a little cheaper which sealed the deal even more for me.

My Property Manager, Gael Robb, was professional in her communication and efficiency, but also understanding and supportive of my needs at a stressful time in my life. I appreciated her advice and honesty which made the tenancy process so much easier. A sense of humour added to the experience. A mention also to Sophia, who suggested I look at the property I secured, after visiting a viewing she had. That follow up lead me to my new home 🙏

Communicates well, is always upfront, and keeps me up to date without me having to chase. They even found tenants for a short-term rental with ease thanks to their great network.
