The viewing was smooth and easy going, the agent was attentive to the walk through and explaining what work was being done on the property before our tenancy would commence. Application was simple through the Bayleys portal and a response came quickly. Signing and key collection was super convenient and enabled a very easy move on our part.

I dealt specifically with Wally, who was supported by Eti. Wally kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. There were no delays and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was organized. Wally and Eti were professional and understanding. When looking at rentals it can be a stressful experience but I felt at ease and like I was in safe hands. Extremely happy with the team and the end result. Couldn’t recommend them more

Fiona and her team have a really good communication. She’s not just help managers the tenants she also help look after the property. We had dranige blockage on the edge of property. Her team has got it sorted plus contact council for further action. Its great for the owner who can trust they looked after the property.
