As a tenant, I have had a wonderful experience with the team at Bayleys Property Management. Both Grace and River are incredibly quick communicators who always reply to emails and queries right away, making the entire tenancy smooth and stress-free. They are genuinely kind, friendly, and approachable. Whenever a maintenance issue came up, they sorted it out immediately and repaired everything that was needed without any delay or hassle. They successfully took care of everything from routine maintenance like gutter cleaning to big-ticket issues like stove and oven replacements. Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.

Our property manager’s rental assessment for the property was aligned with other properties listed in the district; however she identified to us that from the prospective tenant feedback, in our rent range, many were looking for more updated newer properties. She suggested a full refresh and offered to seek independent quotes for full repaint, carpet and curtains. All were obtained quickly and authorised by us. She then offered to oversee/facilitate the repair work, and during the work, secured suitable tenants able to move in as soon as works were completed. I didn’t have to take time off work or get too involved. The place looks great and we’re pleased to have it occupied again.
