Grace was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. During the property viewing, she and her partner provided all the information we needed and answered our questions clearly making the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. The application process was quick and efficient as well and we were thrilled to be chosen as the new tenants. Grace kept everything moving smoothly and communicated promptly throughout. Following an existing tenant giving notice, the process of finding a tenant was so carefree and easy and I'd actually forgotten about it until Bayleys followed up with prospective tenants. The whole process was incredibly expeditious and easy, and reaffirmed why my properties are with Bayleys
