Overall, my experience with my agent has been positive. Their key strengths include communication, which have been particularly beneficial. However, they could improve on giving full details while reaching out to provide a more seamless property management experience.

Had a great experience getting set up and finding tenants. We got appraisals from a selection of companies and whittle & knight were the most engaging and proactive. They also have a good reputation for being easy for contractors to work with, which is important to us that they work well with all parties and take care of our tenants as well as us.

We were tenants through Cowdy. We were impressed about Cowdy's good process during renting. We always had a great communication and timely response. During one of the inspections, Cowdy found out about water heater issue and fixed it which resulted in less electricity bill after that. Great people and great communication.
