Matthew discovered his passion for Property Management in 2006, beginning his career with a small Christchurch company before progressing to manage both a growing portfolio and a team within a larger Christchurch-based organisation. In 2010, Matthew partnered with Lisa and Bayleys Canterbury to establish Bayleys Property Management Canterbury. Since then, he has played a key role in building a highly respected team that manages a portfolio of quality properties with professionalism and care. Matthew holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management and brings extensive industry knowledge to his role. Even after many years in the industry, he continues to enjoy the daily challenges presented by evolving markets, ongoing legislative change, and the opportunity to find effective solutions. He takes great pride in working alongside his team to deliver outstanding results in this challenging and rewarding industry.

Lisa’s passion for property investment began in 2000, and since 2003 she has built a thriving career in property management, underpinned by a strong background in sales and communication. She holds a SKILLS New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management and is also a property investor herself, giving her first-hand insight into what matters most to owners. Highly driven, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organised, Lisa is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. She provides honest, practical advice that helps property owners and investors make confident, well informed decisions. With extensive industry experience and a reputation for results, she brings both energy and a no-nonsense approach to every aspect of her work. A trusted professional in the field, Lisa is an excellent resource for anyone seeking expert guidance on property management or investment. Her dedication has been recognised through industry accolades, including the Excellence in Business Development Award (2017) and a finalist position at the LPMNZ National Awards (2016). Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa has a personal passion for property, having been involved in multiple new builds and renovations over the years. Known as a go-getter, she enjoys staying active through hill hikes, gym sessions, and running, and she loves travelling, especially to Bali.

Amy is a seasoned Senior Property Manager with over a decade of industry experience, dating back to 2011. Her expertise and unwavering commitment have made her a trusted leader in the field, ensuring that every property she manages thrives under her care. Amy has been with Bayleys Property Management for over ten years. Prior to starting in the industry, she completed a degree at Lincoln University, majoring in Valuation and Property Management, and also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management. Passionate about her career, Amy consistently goes the extra mile for both property owners and tenants. In her role, she is responsible for training and mentoring staff while also managing the day-to-day operations of property management with professionalism and care.

Becky is an industry-accredited Senior Property Manager with an impressive career spanning over a decade. She also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, further reinforcing her strong foundation and expertise in the field. In 2015, Becky travelled overseas where she assisted in the development of children with disabilities in primary schools. This experience strengthened her empathy and patience—qualities that now strongly influence her professional approach to property management. Becky's dedication, clear communication, and strong interpersonal skills, has earned a well-deserved reputation as an invaluable asset to both property owners and tenants alike. Outside of her professional role, Becky is a dedicated mother who enjoys creating lasting memories with her family.

Jess is one of our Senior Property Managers, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and management roles. She joined Bayleys in 2020 and is committed to delivering consistently high levels of service. Jess also holds a Level 4 Certification in Residential Property Management, further strengthening her professional expertise. Passionate about building strong relationships with both property owners and tenants, Jess is highly skilled at understanding individual needs and tailoring her approach accordingly. Her keen eye for detail and belief in clear, effective communication enable her to successfully navigate complex property management challenges. Jess has become an integral part of the team and is recognised as a standout professional in the field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Anna is one of our Senior Property Managers, with a proven track record and experience in the property management industry since 2017. She is Level 4 Certified in Residential Property Management, reflecting her strong technical knowledge and commitment to industry best practice.
