Beginning her career in Australia in the mid 1980s, Tania now uses her extensive property management skills to lead Whittle Knight’s property management team and has done for over a decade. Tania, like her property managers has also recently completed the new SKILLS New Zealand Certificate for Residential Property Management. Within her role Tania oversees the portfolio of properties to ensure that all aspects of property management are carried out. In addition to her considerable international and domestic experience, Tania also brings to her role a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a range of skills including negotiation, dispute resolution and the essential ability to match clients with the right property. It's been a great experience to have Whittleknight manage our property. Louiza Sayers is the first person we contacted when my husband and I decided to rent out our property at Defoe Place. Louiza have always been very helpful and patient. She gave us all the information that we need to know, simplified it and made sure we understand it. She is very approachable and systematic. Kelly have been so helpful too especially with the listing of the property. The team's communication is excellent as well as their transparency. Our target timeline to start the rental was met and the whole team at Whittleknight made the process very, very easy and simple. Have been working with the Whittle Knight property management team for some years now including current and past properties. Communication is always fast and efficient, and things get sorted as required no dramas. If something is great or not up to scratch, they will let you know professionally without bias. Had a great experience getting set up and finding tenants. We got appraisals from a selection of companies and whittle & knight were the most engaging and proactive. They also have a good reputation for being easy for contractors to work with, which is important to us that they work well with all parties and take care of our tenants as well as us.
