Kelly is well established within the Whittle Knight team. By being well informed about market trends herself, Kelly is able to keep her client base in touch with changes in the real estate industry. She believes the way to develop a strong and effective business relationship is to provide constant contact with property owners so they have an on-going connection with both the firm and their business concerns. In addition to having excellent communication skills, Kelly thinks ahead. Well organised, and with strong customer service skills, she is approachable and empathetic. She is extremely self-motivated, and her attention to detail gets results. In her main role as the business development manager for Whittle Knight, Kelly says it’s important to provide clients with post sign-up assistance and at the same time to support the property management team. Always on the look-out for ways to build and develop client relationships, she also has strategies in place to identify and build on new business opportunities for the firm, and the client base. Kelly is strongly aware that property is a hugely valuable asset. Providing a customised and personalised service to the clients who have invested in the property market is one of the most constructive approaches she can provide. About Tania

Beginning her career in Australia in the mid 1980s, Tania now uses her extensive property management skills to lead Whittle Knight’s property management team and has done for over a decade. Tania, like her property managers has also recently completed the new SKILLS New Zealand Certificate for Residential Property Management. Within her role Tania oversees the portfolio of properties to ensure that all aspects of property management are carried out. In addition to her considerable international and domestic experience, Tania also brings to her role a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a range of skills including negotiation, dispute resolution and the essential ability to match clients with the right property. With over two decades of experience with Whittle Knight, Fiona has equipped herself with a broad range of professional experiences and has recently completed the new SKILLS New Zealand Certificate for Residential Property Management. As a parent with 3 adult children, an enthusiastic traveler and lover of horses, Fiona also has a broad life experience that she brings to her role. Her background as an immigrant to New Zealand 14 years ago means she is particularly aware of the needs of newcomers to the city. It's been a great experience to have Whittleknight manage our property. Louiza Sayers is the first person we contacted when my husband and I decided to rent out our property at Defoe Place. Louiza have always been very helpful and patient. She gave us all the information that we need to know, simplified it and made sure we understand it. She is very approachable and systematic. Kelly have been so helpful too especially with the listing of the property. The team's communication is excellent as well as their transparency. Great friendly service and communication

Have been working with the Whittle Knight property management team for some years now including current and past properties. Communication is always fast and efficient, and things get sorted as required no dramas. If something is great or not up to scratch, they will let you know professionally without bias. Easy set up

Had a great experience getting set up and finding tenants. We got appraisals from a selection of companies and whittle & knight were the most engaging and proactive. They also have a good reputation for being easy for contractors to work with, which is important to us that they work well with all parties and take care of our tenants as well as us.
