The team at Bayleys were awesome. Really friendly and caring, yet professional. I was kept in the loop about the property all through the application process. Always updated in a timely manor and open to help with any questions I had. Feel very lucky to have a great team as my property managers.

Clarissa and Becky were both outstanding to work with throughout the process of securing our rental home. As we were relocating from overseas with our family, the process came with a number of additional challenges, including coordinating across different time zones and arranging property viewings while we were still abroad. They went above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible. Their communication was exceptional, they were always responsive, kept us informed every step of the way, and were incredibly accommodating despite the time difference. They answered all of our questions promptly, and provided honest, detailed feedback that gave us complete confidence in making such an important decision from the other side of the world. Their professionalism, organisation, and knowledge of the rental market were evident throughout. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed, and we always felt they genuinely had our best interests at heart. We are incredibly grateful for all of their support in helping our family secure our new home before we arrived in New Zealand. Samantha was a huge help, when it came to maintenance issues, always getting onto the issue, getting the help needed and notifying me who she was getting to sort out the issue. I found her easy to talk to. My last day she called in to see how I was going, which was lovely. I found her very professional. Communication skills were great, either via email, text message or a phone call.
I had a fantastic experience with Samantha. I needed to find a rental house quickly, and they made it happen in record time. Samantha was professional, incredibly responsive, and handled all the paperwork seamlessly. Very much appreciate her help and support throughout the process.

I found her easy to talk to. My last day she called in to see how I was going, which was lovely. I found her very professional. Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.
