I moved into 89 hills road 2017 , I lived there for 9 1/2 years, over the years I had some really nice property managers. They were always there to sort any repairs that needed fixing straight away.

Samantha is a very good Property Manager who looks after both the Owner and Tenant very well. She is experienced and very considerate, easy to deal with. I had a very good experience throughout my rental period of nearly ten years. I would have no.problem in recommending Cowdys to other Landlords.

Samantha is an outstanding agent. She was prompt in her responses throughout the entire process and remained highly professional while guiding us at every step.

Anna has been an excellent manager taking a lot off our plate and promptly helping with retenanting, repairs, and inspections. I'd recommend her services.

Justine was great to work with. She was professional at all times and had a great market knowledge. She secured tenants for us very quickly and has kept us informed of all developments. Justine is great to work with and she always responds promptly and efficiently to any questions or concerns.

Both Louiza and Kelly kept us in the loop with all communication during the move from our previous management company. There is always a positive vibe when ever we correspond and you get the feeling they are really caring for their client. As part of the move to Whittle Knight we also had to re-advertise for tenants for the first time in 3 years. This was completed so efficiently and again we knew exactly who had been through the viewings. We are looking forward to working Whittle Knight moving forward.

The team went over and above to arrange maintenance as we are on the other Island! Communication mostly through email has been a breeze Hopefully great tenants -so far so good!
