Above and Beyond — The Most Supportive Real Estate Team I Could Have Asked For
Selling my house was definitely not an easy task. It wasn’t the kind of “popular” property that sells itself, and at the same time I was still actively running it as an Airbnb, which made settlement dates extremely inflexible. On top of that, I was incredibly busy and honestly didn’t have the time or energy to properly manage the selling process myself.
From day one, Jenny and Jack approached everything from my perspective. They helped with absolutely everything — renovation planning, finding reliable traders, arranging inspectors, coordinating quotes, following up on renovation progress, helping with moving logistics, coordinating with the Airbnb management company and lawyers, and so much more. Jenny even personally helped me paint after work, and there were multiple nights where we didn’t finish until 11pm.
What impressed me most was that Jenny genuinely cared. She wasn’t the typical aggressive, sales-driven agent focused only on tactics. Instead, she was more like a trusted older sister throughout the process — thoughtful, patient, supportive, and incredibly responsible. She not only provided exceptional service, but also gave enormous emotional support during a stressful period.
Jenny is also a successful property investor herself, with strong experience and outstanding market insight. She understood exactly how to position the property, how to identify the right buyers, and how to balance the needs of both sides during negotiations. In the end, the house achieved an excellent result, and the buyers were genuinely happy too.
Working with Jenny made me feel truly supported and understood. My needs were always respected, and I never felt like “just another client.”
