Fully trustful, very helpful
This is our first house for the family. We are lack of experience to how to buy house. One problem happened after our bidding. the tenant agreement of the house will affect the drawndown of the money from bank. Tina is excellently experienced. She kindly remind us this problem and give the advises to help to solve the problem. She wonderfully communicate with the three parties to fix the problem. And satisfied both seller and buyer, two win-wins. So you can fully trust her no matter buyer or seller.

Caring, kind and professional
As a first time buyer the buying process was overwhelming and stressful. I had some not so great interactions and felt like giving up. I met Bronwyn and my whole experience changed. I wasn't expecting to be an expert even though she was working with the seller. She give me great advice and never pressured me I felt like she was a trustworthy person. I paid what I thought the home was worth with a small amount of negotiation. Great communication continued from offer through to putting on the sold sticker. A life highlight for me and my whānau.
