Vinay made selling my house almost fun.

It took me nearly a year to take the leap to put my house on the market. Vinay kept in touch on and off over this time and he always gave me heaps of encouragement but never too much that I felt pressured. The house went on the market in March this year just as the effects of the USA Iran war were starting to be felt. Oh boy, timing! But Vinay didn’t miss a beat and we had open homes, were flexible with market requirements and sold in April. Not going to lie, it is pretty stressful selling a house but Vinay was a dream agent for me, taking so much stress out of the process by his great communication, honesty, kindness and lovely upbeat fun spirit. Thank you Vinay!

Vinay was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB in all aspects of the sale. Not only was he kind, courteous and always there when you called, but he literally came in like a Knight in shining armour and sold my flat after about a week! This was the third time I had listed and he handled EVERYTHING as I was completely over it by then! He was AMAZING and I will be using Vinay for all future sales! Thanks again Vinay!
